Your Tasks

• Ensuring supplier quality in the product development and series production phases
• Conducting supplier audits
• Conducting supplier evaluations and qualifying new suppliers
• Preparing and conducting process approvals at suppliers and approving process documentation, initial sample testing
• Determining the characteristics to be tested for quality-assured purchased parts and creating product-specific incoming goods inspection plans
• Handling complaints with suppliers and tracking their processing
• Clarifying technical defects, process analyses and improvements in the manufacturing process to optimise costs and time

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (university of applied sciences or technical university) with existing supplier quality assurance knowledge or comparable training with corresponding further qualification and several years of professional experience in a technical environment
• At least 3 years of relevant international professional experience in the technical field of quality management
• At least 2 years of supplier experience in operational supplier management with corresponding further qualification in quality management
• Specific knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical processing and raw materials
• Aerospace experience desirable, preferably from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering or aerospace technology
