Procurement Specialist H/F

À propos de mobile.club
You will manage tens of millions of euros in device procurement for a profitable, fast-growing group with three brands and international ambitions. This is not a back-office role. This is a high-impact position at the core of our operating model.
The Company
Mobile Club Group is redefining how businesses and consumers access technology. Through our three brands, mobile.club (B2C device leasing), Cleaq (B2B IT equipment leasing, acquired 2024), and Next Mobiles (B2C, merged 2025), we operate 70,000+ active leasing contracts and generate over €30M in annual revenue, profitably.
We are a team of ~50, operating with a lean, high-leverage model: smart processes, automation, AI, and strategic partnerships over headcount. Our growth strategy combines a proven M&A playbook, a trajectory toward institutional PE investment, and an ambitious European expansion currently being prepared.
Procurement is at the heart of our business model. Every device we buy becomes a revenue-generating asset. The quality, cost, and timing of our purchasing decisions directly impact the group's profitability and growth capacity.
Le poste
The Role
As Procurement Specialist, you are responsible for executing and continuously improving the group's device purchasing strategy across all three brands. You source, negotiate, and purchase new and refurbished devices (smartphones, laptops, tablets, screens) destined for our leasing fleet.
You report directly to the VP Operations and work daily with our supplier network (France and international), our logistics partner, and the Finance, Operations, and Data teams. Your decisions have a direct, measurable impact on the group's margins and operational capacity.
This role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running on execution while progressively taking on more strategic scope as the group scales, including international sourcing, new supplier networks, and supply chain architecture for new European markets.
What You Will Own
Procurement Execution
• Source, qualify, and purchase devices (new and refurbished) for leasing across all group brands
• Ensure stock availability aligned with commercial forecasts and operational capacity
• Own end-to-end order execution: timing, volumes, compliance, and quality control
Supplier Management
• Manage day-to-day relationships with device suppliers in France and internationally, alongside the VP Operations
• Monitor lot quality, flag deviations, and drive resolution with suppliers
• Contribute to building a robust, scalable supplier portfolio that can support European expansion
Cost Optimization & ROI
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs while maintaining quality standards
• Work with the logistics partner and Ops team to improve deployment rates and asset profitability
• Be a driving force on cost/quality/ROI trade-offs, bringing data-backed recommendations to the table
Data & Process
• Track and own procurement KPIs: average cost per device, lot quality scores, supplier lead times, volumes, rejection rates
• Proactively flag drifts in pricing, quality, or availability before they become problems
• Document and improve procurement processes in Notion, building the playbook as you go
• Leverage Tableau dashboards (supported by our internal data team) to drive visibility and decision-making

Who You Are
We are looking for someone sharp, rigorous, and ready to own a critical function. You have enough experience to be autonomous, negotiate with confidence, and build a supplier network from scratch if needed, but you are still hungry to grow into a bigger scope.
• 4-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, with a proven track record of managing significant volumes. Experience in tech hardware, leasing, refurbished devices, or marketplace environments is a strong plus. You already have a network of suppliers and know how the market works
• Numbers-driven: you are comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and using numbers to negotiate better and make smarter decisions. You are fluent in Excel/Sheets and at ease with dashboarding tools
• Proven negotiation skills: you have real experience negotiating pricing, volumes, and terms with suppliers. You can hold your ground on cost while building long-term relationships. You know when to push and when to partner
• Organized and execution-focused: you manage complexity without dropping balls. You document your work, anticipate issues, and deliver on time
• Professional English required (international supplier negotiations and cross-border expansion ahead). French fluency is also required
• Startup mindset: you thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are being built, not inherited. You are comfortable with ambiguity and bring solutions, not just questions
Why This Role
Real impact from day one: you will manage millions of euros in purchasing decisions that directly affect the group's bottom line. This is not a support function, this is a core business lever.
Learn from a high-caliber team: you will report to a VP Operations with strong strategic and operational credentials, within a leadership team that includes former investment bankers, exited founders, and experienced operators. The bar is high, and so is the learning curve.
A clear growth trajectory: as the group expands internationally, this role will grow with it. International sourcing, new supplier networks, supply chain design for new markets. The scope is yours to earn.
A modern, lean environment: small team, big responsibilities. We use Notion, Slack, Tableau, and we build smart processes rather than adding layers. If you want to do meaningful work early in your career, this is the place.
