Description
To support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team.
Working with Client organisations, their Housing, Customer and Asset departments to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and management for area teams responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring all key operational and financial targets are achieved in line with the aims and objectives of the business. This role is Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

This role is Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
- Providing procurement advice to Clients to facilitate the best possible outcome, in line with PA23 and Client governance/CSOs, while managing legacy PCR2015 activity during the transitional period
- Supporting Clients with procurement policies, procedures and templates aligned to PA23, including dual-running arrangements where required
- Leading end-to-end procurement project management (route-to-market, approvals, dependencies, governance gateways and delivery plans)
- Drafting and quality-assuring procurement documentation (notices, selection stage/SQ documentation, ITTs/tender packs, evaluation models, clarifications, award/standstill documentation) under PA23 and, where applicable, PCR2015
- Managing transparency and publication requirements (as applicable) and maintaining a complete audit-ready record of decisions and actions
- Reviewing technical documentation to ensure requirements are clear, measurable, outcome-focused, non-discriminatory and aligned to risk and contract delivery
- Managing procurement timetables, actions and deadlines, escalating risks/issues where required to protect delivery and compliance
- Managing procurement systems and portals (e.g. Proactis, Mercell, In-Tend, Delta) and ensuring portal activity aligns to the correct regime and approvals process
- Preparing reports and governance papers (strategy/approvals, evaluation summaries and recommendations) with clear rationale and evidence trail
- Organising and facilitating meetings/workshops/market engagement; producing accurate minutes/actions to support governance and decision logs
- Building and maintaining effective client and stakeholder relationships, communicating clearly in writing, face-to-face and by phone
- Working proactively and independently with strong time management, adaptability, attention to detail and confident use of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable experience of versatility in relation to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to react to the needs of our clients

- Ability to lead assigned projects or workstreams and deliver to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to use data analysis tools effectively
- Organised, professional, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance to junior team members when required
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
