Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as IT lead for Infineon's Procurement Spend Analytics, Planning, Forecasting, as well as our Data Foundation; coordinate the digital roadmap with your business counterpart and enterprise architect
• Be a strong consultant, helping to shape specific business requirements from particular innovation ideas, to clear requirements to scalable solution designs
• Sustain and extend our in-house software solutions and support business self-service teams
• Maintain a strong network with market solution and implementation partners, as well as non-competition companies, identifying and planning trending topics like AI assistance to support procurement efficiency targets
• Drive market analysis and RfP processes for software evaluation and sourcing, following internal IT policies
• Commit to highly professional service management for your area, ensuring adequate service and continuous improvement with our external services provided to our customers
• Ensure quality standards in documentation of technical solutions; be fearless in driving agile mindset, projects and continuous delivery

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional and relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Management, preferably with procurement background
• Proven knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and market leading Reporting/Analytics Suites (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar), database design and management competencies (e.g. Oracle SQL, MSSQL, Hadoop,)
• Good Software Development skills in front-end and backend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, Java/SpringBoot) and experience in CI/CD, containerization, and (hybrid) cloud, as well as experience with AI platforms
• Experience in project management (agile is a plus) and small team leadership, bringing empathy and ambition to further grow a team, combined with strong customer orientation and quality awareness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills paired with initiative, motivational strength, and analytical solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent English, German is a plus
