You will lead a small procurement team and set a clear three-year strategy aligned to cost efficiency, digital transformation, operational resilience and ESG priorities. Working closely with the Executive, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance and Product teams, you will ensure our supply base underpins delivery of the Society's strategic plan. Able to influence at Executive and Board level, you will communicate with credibility while building trusted relationships across the organisation. You will balance strong risk awareness with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset, ensuring compliance without unnecessary bureaucracy. Naturally collaborative, you will enjoy coaching others, strengthening capability and creating a positive team culture.
