We're looking for an organised and proactive colleague to join Monmouthshire Building Society as a Procurement Administrator. This is a great opportunity to support the day-to-day running of our Procurement function, helping ensure strong governance, compliance and value for money across our supplier base. What will you be doing?
As Procurement Administrator, you will play a key supporting role within the Procurement team, working closely with the Procurement Business Partner to ensure activities are coordinated efficiently and accurately. You'll maintain supplier records and contract documentation, track renewals and key milestones, respond to internal queries and help ensure procurement processes are followed correctly. You'll also support reporting, dashboards and audit readiness, contributing to strong controls and positive supplier management across the Society.

What will you be doing?
As Procurement Administrator, you will play a key supporting role within the Procurement team, working closely with the Procurement Business Partner to ensure activities are coordinated efficiently and accurately. You'll maintain supplier records and contract documentation, track renewals and key milestones, respond to internal queries and help ensure procurement processes are followed correctly. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement team, including coordinating meetings and maintaining organised documentation.
- Managing procurement mailboxes and responding to internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining and updating supplier records, contracts, NDAs and due diligence documentation.
- Supporting supplier onboarding activities in line with procurement and risk frameworks.
- Assisting with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including preparing documentation and collating supplier responses.
- Maintaining accurate procurement data for reporting, dashboards and compliance purposes.
- Supporting audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring procurement records are complete and accessible.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and structured record-keeping.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Previous experience in procurement, contract administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
