About the role
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building positive, trusting relationships across the organisation. As a Procurement Officer in a small procurement team of 3, you'll lead on tendering activity in line with public-sector regulations (PCR15 and PA23) and help colleagues navigate procurement in a friendly, down-to-earth way that fits the culture of social housing. The role is predominantly home-based, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you while still staying closely connected to teams across Aspire. You'll be joining a welcoming, supportive organisation where your public-sector procurement experience and your ability to bring people together will make a real difference

To thrive in this role, you'll bring solid public-sector procurement experience and the confidence to run tendering activity in a clear, supportive way.
You'll be a natural people person who enjoys building relationships, listening, and helping colleagues feel comfortable with the process.
