The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing procurement or fleet-related tender processes
- Strong supplier relationship management skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse cost trends and drive efficiencies
- Confident presenting to Senior Leadership teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end fleet tender process across our European estate
- Manage new and replacement fleet procurement activities
- Coordinate short-term rental requirements across sites
- Monitor and minimise out-of-contract costs
- Manage supplier relationships and act as the key point of escalation
- Support sites in maintaining fully operational and compliant fleets
- Monitor and evaluate costs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain KPI packs and present monthly progress reports to Senior Leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive and maintain operational standards
- Share and support best practice across the wider business
- Support the wider Group Engineering team with ad-hoc tasks
