- SOP preparation
BPM Tools:
- SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
Procurement Process Exposure:
- Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle
- Vendor onboarding & management
- PR / PO processing
- Tendering & sourcing workflows
- Goods receipt / service entry
- Invoice processing & approvals
Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0-L6/L7) step-by-step
Requirements

- Collect process information from Procurement business users
- Document workflows accurately
- Maintain BPM repository
- Support walkthroughs & validations
- Share documented outputs
- No team management
- No decision-making ownership
- No architecture / strategy role
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
- Exposure to SAP procurement modules is an advantage
- Strong documentation and communication skills
