The Opportunity

In this role you will be working with the Procurement Business Analyst and the Procurement Systems Coordinator to ensure that the management reporting and information provided to the Group Procurement team and the wider business is of a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Updating of databases and reports to ensure correct data classifications and high quality of data
• Set-up and maintenance of forecasting and reporting models
• Ad-hoc administration support to the procurement department

• High level of numeracy
• Intermediate/advanced Excel user: Pivot tables lookup functions, sum-if formulae etc
• Good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Experience of manipulating large amounts of data
• Familiarity with purchase orders, ERP & database systems and/or reporting systems such as Power BI/SQL would be an advantage but are not essential
