Develop and foster strategic relationships with business and Service line leaders, to maximize the value Procurement provides to the organization, by aligning Procurement strategies with Service line delivery strategies.
Engage with various Business leadership as primary owner for all Procurement Transition and transformation related activities. This role will be responsible to manage existing and new work either through incumbent or new supply base. This would involve work to evaluate both the incumbent and new suppliers and jointly develop plans and sign them off with the account. Create Knowledge Transfer plans to ensure new supplier has the relevant knowledge to support the account. Manage the execution of the transitions and report on progress against agreed transition milestones. Ensure all transition plans are created in line with standard DXC T&T process and minimize delivery issues as a result of transition work.
Work through escalations and issues and highlight promptly when unable to resolve.
Interact with various senior business management teams including Managers, Directors etc. as appropriate to the Industry or Account, to develop strategic approaches to ensure account transformation plans are being executed and 3rd party savings are being achieved.
Lead Procurement Account Transformation activities, including the management & execution of Account Transformation Plans in a timely manner to enable compliance and allow value creation.
Lead and/or participate in functional procurement teams and region program teams to develop or identify and implement substantial savings opportunities (country/region wide) and interlock with internal stakeholders.
Develop deep knowledge of Procurement Categories and Procurement Strategies to develop, summarize, implement and communicate business priorities and Procurement support strategies/plans that align to the business priorities.
Develop strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, compliance with procurement policy and processes, cost management and operations improvement. Innovate complex business models, drive associated strategies and influence the customer and marketplace. Execute to SLAs; revisit SLAs on a regular basis to ensure SLAs are effective and providing necessary metrics to identify areas of strength and improvement.
Improve compliance by working with and educating business and Global Categories on selecting/aligning the best suppliers for business, based on several factors. Contribute to overall improvements in the performance of the team.
Share best practices that improve our customer experiences and supplier efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, and a similar role in procurement and supply chai in KSA
• Proven experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiencies in vendor management, cost control, and procurement strategies
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain a plus
