We are looking to bring on board and experienced Procurement Co-ordinator into our office in Weston-super-Mare

As a vital member of our support team, you will ensure our Field Engineers have exactly what they need, when they need it. This isn't just about placing orders; it's about managing the entire lifecycle of a part from initial quotation to its final arrival in an engineer's hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing & Progressing: Place orders for spares and proactively track them to ensure they hit delivery deadlines.
• Supply Chain Liaison: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality and value.
• Inventory Management: Accurately update stock levels and maintain a pulse on warehouse/store functions.
• Client Support: Assist in preparing detailed quotations for clients.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the seamless distribution of parts to our regional engineers

Required Skill set and experience...

• Demonstrable success in a similar role
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Ability to manage an ever changing workload in a fast paced environment
• Granular focus on detail
• A working understanding of stores and warehouse functions is essential.
• Comfortable managing your own desk and making decisions.
