Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will learn how to work with raw business data and translate it into meaningful insights - a perfect foundation for future data-driven roles. You will also strengthen your communication skills, work closely with a cross-functional team, and start building your network; explore procurement processes hands-on and create real impact. Enjoy autonomy, innovation, and practical problem-solving while gaining early career exposure to automation technologies, and experiment with real AI use cases in a business environment.

• KPI reporting & data analysis: Prepare KPI reports using Excel, Tableau and SAP data. Ensure data integrity by supporting analytics tasks
• Process coordination & stakeholder management: Help coordinate information flows between stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and managing stakeholder expectations
• Process improvement & mini-projects: Search for improvement opportunities and develop your own mini-projects to enhance automation and optimize processes
• AI exploration & digital tools: Explore Microsoft 365 and Copilot AI features and identify ways to integrate them into our daily workflows

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Study Field: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
• Interests: Strong interest in working with data, KPIs, procurement metrics and analytical tasks
• Skills: Curiosity to learn more about procurement related SAP modules and AI automation
• Way of working: Detail-oriented, reliable and structured, especially when working with data on Microsoft Excel
• Personality: You enjoy asking questions, identify improvements and taking initiative. You have motivation to drive small projects on your own
• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
