Indirect Procurement Manager DACH (m/f/d)

This role is ideally based in Munich, home of our DACH headquarters, but we also welcome applicants based remotely anywhere in Germany. You will join a truly international environment with strong cross-border collaboration and the ability to influence at both regional and global level.

You will report to the Global Indirect Procurement Director, with a planned transition to a future Head of Procurement Central Europe as we continue to evolve our operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement projects across indirect spend categories in the DACH region

• Deliver measurable cost savings and EBITDA improvements

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with group-wide objectives

• Run structured RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations

• Conduct data-driven spend and cost analyses to identify optimization opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, strategic supplier relationships

• Prepare clear business cases and present recommendations to regional management

• Ensure structured handover of contracts and savings initiatives to Operations and Finance after signature

• Collaborate closely with global procurement colleagues and functional stakeholders

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field

• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, consulting, or a commercial role

• Solid experience managing RFQs, tenders, and negotiations independently

• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills

• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and focus on value creation

• Confident communicator, able to present complex topics clearly and concisely

• Fluency in German and English

• Comfortable working in an international, matrix-driven organization

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-growing or international organization

• Exposure to working closely with senior management or executive stakeholders

• Familiarity with indirect spend categories such as IT, facilities, professional services, or marketing
