Job Description

We are looking for a Specification of Requirements Procurement Support to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector.

He/she will be able to assume the following activities:

Procurement process

• Interface with Requisitioners to collect needs
• Support Purchase Requisition SAP release
• Support Requisitioners in Internal Tracking: material delivery, contract status, service fulfilment, invoice approval
• Specific support required for transportation procurement and management

Financial Month End Closure:

• Provide monthly accruals
• Review suppliers feedback and check with requisitioner service and material delivery status
• Provide background information to Finance in case of discrepancies with Actuals and Forecast data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related.
• 1-2 years' experience in Program Engineering, Finance or related functions
• Knowledge of Economics
• Capability to manage and solve issues
• Good English and Italian both written and spoken
• Team working and good communication skills
