KEDGE Business School is recruiting a Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer (M/F) in Managing and Communicating Procurement Performance on a part-time permanent contract with a teaching load of 350 teaching hours per academic year.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and delivering courses and teaching materials;
  • Teaching within our academic programmes;
  • Assessing students' work and learning outcomes (examinations, assignments, continuous assessment, resit examinations, etc.).

Teaching activities may cover topics such as:
  • Implementing spend mapping
  • Determining potential for cost reduction
  • Supplier pre-selection financial analysis
  • Total Cost of Ownership analysis
  • Manufacturing cost breakdown
  • How to implement supplier cost breakdown tools
  • Analyzing supplier-customer dependency
  • Analyzing value creation generated by procurement

Required profile and qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Management Sciences or a DBA;
  • Proven experience in higher education teaching or professional training;
  • Recognised expertise in the subject area taught;
  • At least five years of significant professional experience in the relevant field (consulting or equivalent activity);
  • Ability to teach in English (mandatory) and in French, depending on teaching requirements.

  • Strong teaching abilities and commitment to knowledge transmission;
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student audiences;
  • Professional attitude and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively

Employment conditions:
  • Contract type: Part-time permanent contract, with an annual teaching load of 350 teaching hours (contact hours) per academic year.
  • Status: Cadre
  • Paid leave: 7 weeks per year
  • Job title: Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer (depending on profile)
