KEDGE Business School is recruiting a Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer (M/F) in Management and Leadership in Procurement on a part-time permanent contract with a teaching load of 350 teaching hours per academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering courses and teaching materials;
• Teaching within our academic programmes;
• Assessing students' work and learning outcomes (examinations, assignments, continuous assessment, resit examinations, etc.).

Teaching activities may cover topics such as:

• The evolution of procurement skills
• Skills and needs in the FMCG sector: Food industry, Cosmetics, Wines & Spirits, Pharmaceuticals
• Skills and needs in the industrial sector: Aerospace, Automotive, Construction
• Skills and needs in the services sector: Banking, Insurance, Media
• Skills and needs in the public sector: Healthcare, Ministries, Local authorities
• The impact of AI on procurement skills, tools and techniques
• ESG / CSR competencies within procurement roles and objectives

Required profile and qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Management Sciences or a DBA;
• Proven experience in higher education teaching or professional training;
• Recognised expertise in the subject area taught;
• At least five years of significant professional experience in the relevant field (consulting or equivalent activity);
• Ability to teach in English (mandatory) and in French, depending on teaching requirements.

• Ability to work collaboratively

Employment conditions:

• Contract type: Part-time permanent contract, with an annual teaching load of 350 teaching hours (contact hours) per academic year.
