Your Tasks:

• Team & Meeting Support: Organize and prepare recurring team calls while tracking, documenting, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Operational Procurement Assistance: Support day-to-day procurement activities by preparing materials, coordinating smaller operational tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of workflows.
• Tools & System Rollout: Assist in the rollout of procurement tools and systems by coordinating activities, taking ownership of defined sub-tasks, and contributing to testing and documentation.
• Collaboration with Procurement Leads: Work closely with Procurement Leads by structuring, tracking, and partially developing action items from alignment meetings to support cross-functional collaboration.
• Process Development & Documentation: Develop and document standardized procurement processes by preparing supporting materials, templates, and process guidelines.
• Policy Support & Governance: Contribute to the creation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of the Procurement Policy while ensuring compliance, updates, and governance structures.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• First practical experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or project support (e.g., internship, working student role, or academic project).
• Availability for a minimum of 12 months in the working student position.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• High motivation to work in a dynamic, international procurement environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. German language skills at a conversational level (B1/B2)
