Job Description

Strategic Sourcing: Facilitate RFQs and provide expert recommendations to government entities, ensuring full alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
End-to-End Procurement: Spearheading the acquisition of materials, goods, and services for diverse SSC-affiliated government bodies.
Sustainability Compliance: Auditing all procurement activities to guarantee strict adherence to departmental sustainability and environmental policies.
Supply Chain Oversight: Managing the lifecycle of purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Vendor Management: Curating the approved supplier list and monitoring performance metrics to ensure service excellence and accountability.
Analytical Reporting: Developing comprehensive procurement reports and expenditure analyses to optimize budget allocation and track PO status.
Stakeholder Training: Leading training sessions for government employees on procurement best practices, internal procedures, and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree is required

3 to 6 years of minimum experience is required.
