Autosmart International is on an exciting journey. A multi-award-winning manufacturer, twice accredited 'Very Good to Work for' by employee engagement specialists 'Best Companies', we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled, detail oriented administrator to join our busy Procurement Team at our £40million state-of-the-art manufacturing hub in Burntwood.

As our new Procurement Administrator, you'll be that last stop-check, the 2nd pair of eyes; the detail person. Nothing gets past you and you'll be known for your meticulous and methodical approach to producing high quality administrative work to time and quality. Working closely with the Buyers, you'll use your exceptional organisation, planning, and high level administrative skills to free them up to focus on playing to their strengths.

You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, chasing supplier confirmations, reviewing invoice queries and maintaining data integrity on our ERP system (we use IFS). Strong administrator, but no procurement experience? No problem, if you have the skills and a can-do attitude, we can offer you a comprehensive 3-month training plan to really set you up for success in your new role.

"The Procurement Administrator is crucial for the smooth functioning of the procurement team. A vital link between procurement, our suppliers and our internal teams, this opportunity is perfect for someone looking for a challenge with a growing business where no two days are the same." Mark Turland, Procurement Manager
