About the job
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Global Procurement Manager to lead Marketing Sourcing across our International and EUAU regions.
Reporting into our U.S.-based Indirect Sourcing - Marketing & D&T organisation, this role plays a critical part in connecting global strategy with regional execution. You'll help drive stronger coordination across markets, unlock scale across our marketing investments, and ensure sourcing strategies support both brand growth and financial delivery.
As the senior Marketing Sourcing lead for the region, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and global sourcing teams while leading one direct report to deliver impactful sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships.
What your role is
You will lead the development and execution of Marketing Sourcing strategies across International and EUAU markets, ensuring alignment with global category strategies and governance frameworks.
Acting as the primary bridge between International Marketing stakeholders and the Global Marketing Sourcing organisation, you will drive greater coordination, discipline in scope management, and strategic sourcing practices across regions.
You will own the delivery of financial commitments across marketing categories, including cost savings, productivity, and total value creation. This includes developing forward-looking sourcing strategies across agency partnerships, production, media, digital services, and marketing technology.
A key part of the role will be leading complex sourcing initiatives end-to-end, from market analysis and RFP development through negotiation, contracting, and supplier implementation. You will also oversee strategic supplier relationships, establishing governance frameworks and performance metrics that drive long-term value, innovation, and operational excellence.
Alongside category leadership, you will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional leadership teams to manage commercial risk, support key business initiatives, and ensure sourcing strategies enable both global and regional business priorities.
Finally, you will lead and develop one direct report, helping build sourcing capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring to the team
You bring deep experience in strategic sourcing within global organisations, with a strong track record managing complex procurement categories and influencing senior stakeholders across regions.
You have experience in Marketing procurement, with a strong understanding of agency operating models, media investment structures, production ecosystems, and marketing technology. You combine this category expertise with strong commercial judgement and negotiation capability to deliver both financial and strategic value.
You are comfortable operating in highly matrixed international environments, where influence, collaboration, and cultural agility are critical to success. You're able to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and translate global strategies into effective regional execution.
