We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual with a background in invoicing and credit control to join an established team as a Pharmacy Procurement Credit Controller.
The Purchasing and Invoicing team is establishing a centralised function to enhance efficiency and consistency across all purchasing and invoicing activities in NHS Lothian. Our team consists of pharmacy technicians and administrative staff, working together to ensure the safe provision of medicines. Your role will involve work closely with suppliers, finance and pharmacy teams to ensure prompt invoice payment.

About you
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- You will be expected to work under your own initiative on a day-to-day basis and within pre-determined schedules.
- Qualifications:
- SCQF Level 7 e.g. SVQ level 3 or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Foundation or evidence of equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Experience in invoice validation/credit control
