Responsibilities
-Follow up on procurement packages and monitor deliveries to ensure they meet time, cost, and quality standards.
-Develop and implement procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation.
-Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
-Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with the engineering team.
-Perform commercial evaluations of quotations and issue purchase orders.
-Manage variation handling, risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
-Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
-Continuously work on improvements to reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
Required expertise
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a similar field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management within the Oil & Gas industry.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Commercially aware, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Structured and efficient work approach with strong collaboration skills.
-Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Bergen, Norway (On-site presence is required)
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Temporary assignment from 07/04/2026 to 31/12/2027
