About Us
We are part of International Airlines Group (IAG), one of the world's leading airline groups and owner of some of the biggest brands in the sky.
IAG Transform provides creative and innovative solutions to drive sustainable transformation by delivering procurement and airline services, as well as group-wide systems across IAG. Each operating company benefits from the Transform centralised model, driving efficiencies, automation, and economies of scale.
Purpose of the role
The Senior Transformation Manager is a critical role within IAG Transform, accountable for driving multicategory procurement and operating model transformation across Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Ground Handling, Hotels & Transport, and Lounges. This includes identifying and unlocking value opportunities within and across categories, enabling crosspollination of best practice between ground handling teams and Op Cos, and working in close partnership with strategic suppliers to deliver tangible P&L benefits.
The role will lead the digitalisation of GSE procurement, shifting the category from reactive to proactive management, embedding strategic thirdparty supplier models, and realising validated savings at scale. The role will play a leading and supporting role across Hotels and Lounges as well as Ground Operations, ensuring commercial, operational and investment decisions are aligned to value creation and longterm transformation objectives.
The role must also provide flexible, agile deployment to highprofile, highvalue initiatives at short notice, offering senior firepower where rapid escalation or intervention is required.
