About the Role
FareHarbor is seeking a Procurement Lead to own and develop procurement and vendor management across the organization.
Reporting to the Global Finance Director, this role will serve as the primary procurement partner to the FareHarbor business teams, ensuring vendor onboarding, contracting and purchasing processes are efficient and aligned with company goals.
As FareHarbor continues to grow, the ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable procurement practices, improving financial visibility and ensuring compliance with Booking procurement standards while tailoring processes to FareHarbor's operating model.
This role combines hands-on procurement execution with process development and cross-functional partnership, requiring both strong operational discipline and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the procurement of digital services.

FareHarbor is seeking a Procurement Lead to own and develop procurement and vendor management across the organization.

What you'll do here:
- Serve as the primary procurement partner to FareHarbor stakeholders, supporting teams with vendor sourcing, selection, onboarding and contract execution
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes support the business while maintaining financial discipline
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Booking procurement, vendor enablement and payment teams when appropriate to leverage scale
- Own and improve FareHarbor's procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency and alignment with Booking policies
- Partner with FP&A to provide visibility into procurement spending, support forward-looking budgeting and forecasting and manage costs in line with budgets
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle including vendor onboarding, contract review, negotiation, approvals, execution and renewals in partnership with Legal
- Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records for governance and audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or cost control, with strong familiarity in negotiation and procurement processes
- Procurement experience with digital services (Eg hosting tools, BI tooling, CRMs etc)
- Proficiency in procurement systems (experience with Ivalua or similar tools preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain procurement details to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process improvements.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders
