The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Procurement Administrator.

Reporting into the Head of Projects, the Procurement Administrator provide essential administrative and systems support to the procurement team, managing the flow of documentation and data between the organisation and its suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Raising and issuing Purchase Orders (POs), obtaining acknowledgments from suppliers, and ensuring orders are processed promptly.
  • Supplier Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for supplier queries, updating supplier records, and chasing late deliveries to maintain supply continuity.
  • Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records in excel documents of current order status etc
  • Financial Coordination: Resolving invoice discrepancies by liaising with the Finance team & Project teams and checking POs against goods received notes.
  • Goods In/Goods Out: Assisting with the management of incoming and outgoing stock and updating accurate stock records.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-specifically Excel
  • A high degree of attention to detail is critical for spotting errors in complex procurement data or pricing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus and professional manner.
