Role: Corporate Procurement Manager
Contract Length: 3 months with potential for extension
Location: Hybrid/London - Tuesdays - Pier Walk (North Greenwich) and Thursdays - Palestra (Southwark)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £426.04 - £487 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Corporate Procurement Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CORPORATE PROCUREMENT MANAGER

The Corporate Procurement Manager will support London Underground and Engineering Vehicles, managing a range of public procurement activities, including:

• Over threshold procurements
• Under threshold procurements
• Running RFQs
• Drafting procurement strategies and papers
• Managing direct award processes in line with the Procurement Act 2023
• Working closely with stakeholders across engineering, depots and operational teams

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CORPORATE PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Public procurement experience (must have taken procurements through full end to end processes)
• Experience managing over threshold procurement values
• Strong stakeholder management
• Evidence of managing/completing procurement activity and contracts
• Commercial negotiation capability
• Ability to work self managed, take initiative and operate dynamically
