Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong estimation exposure to support our MEP and technical services projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP and electromechanical projects such as (RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders)
• Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons
• Support estimation team with accurate BOQ pricing and cost analysis
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of procurement experience in construction / MEP projects
• Proven exposure to estimation and cost evaluation
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
