We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Technology Procurement & Compliance Officer to support the compliant acquisition, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets across B&FC. You'll ensure procurement processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, uphold cyber compliance standards, and play a key role in supporting the efficiency and integrity of our IT Services function. We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Technology Procurement & Compliance Officer to support the compliant acquisition, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets across B&FC. You'll ensure procurement processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, uphold cyber compliance standards, and play a key role in supporting the efficiency and integrity of our IT Services function. How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate compliant procurement of IT hardware, software, systems, and equipment, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage IT purchase processing, from requisitions and invoices to goods-in receipting, ensuring assets are available when needed.
- Maintain accurate tracking of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including auditing, maintenance schedules, and disposal.
- Triage and fulfil service requests within the IT service management system, ensuring accurate updates and record keeping.
- Support the IT Services team with administrative tasks, budget monitoring, and documentation, including knowledge base and procedure updates.
