Role Purpose

Coordinates procurement across AI and technology projects including hardware, software, platforms, cloud services, and licenses to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate procurement requests, vendor quotations, and purchase orders.
• Track delivery schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance artifacts.
• Coordinate with PMs, technical teams, and finance for approvals and tracking.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in procurement coordination (technology procurement preferred).
• Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
Required Certifications
• CIPS (Plus)
