Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to contract closure
- Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers
- Manage relationships with technology vendors (software, hardware, cloud services)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) to define requirements
- Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct market analysis
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the technology or IT sector
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with technology vendors and service providers
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
