Job Description
We are seeking a Electrical / Mechanical graduate to join our Procurement Department. The successful candidate will support the team in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring MEP and joinery materials
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers.
• Support the evaluation and comparison of supplier quotations based on technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to determine material and equipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and material tracking logs.
• Ensure that all purchased materials comply with the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement-related documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude toward tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred; knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates holding professional certifications such as CIPS, CPPM, or other equivalent procurement qualifications will be given preference.
