About this Position

What you'll do

• Lead the strategic sourcing in the given area of responsible with a spend around 180 M€
• Define a regional procurement strategy with clear supplier segmentation
• Set KPIs and objectives on all short, mid and long term financial targets
• Continuously challenge current E2E Value Chain whilst also simulating alternatives
• Provide access to supplier innovation for all Business Categories to benefit from early involvement
• Interact with BU counterparts on given sourcing projects and drive digitalization enhancements
• Develop and manage the regional team of buyers

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Chemics
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally in procurement, supply chain or any fast-paced project related environment
• E2E business understanding to steer stakeholders across functions and external partners
• Interest to work in a very international Team, present an open mindset and the desire to make an impact
• Fluent Language skills in English, German is a big plus
