Transdev is Hiring a Junior Procurement Referent (V.I.E) - Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities :
ThePurchasing Department is looking for a Junior Procurement Referent to supportthe rollout of a software solution complementing the company's financialsystem, Microsoft Dynamics. The project is led by a cross-functional teaminvolving Purchasing, IT, and Accounting, with the objective of structuring andoptimizing procurement-related data during the system implementation phase.

The V.I.E will support the preparation and reconciliation ofprocurement data required for the system implementation.

Mainresponsibilities include:
• Reconciling procurement data (general ledger accounts, product items, productgroups) between system tables and accounting specifications
• Supporting the preparation and structuring of data for the softwareconfiguration
• Collaborating with Purchasing, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure dataconsistency
• Participating in data validation and quality checks during the configurationphase
• Providing operational support to the project team during the system rollout

Your Profile :
We arelooking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate with strong analyticalskills.
The idealcandidate should have:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or arelated field
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured data in a rigorous manner
• Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
• Professional proficiency in English (daily working language)
• Basic knowledge of German would be considered a plus

Your destination :
Based inBerlin, this V.I.E position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategicdigital transformation project within the Purchasing Department. The JuniorProcurement Referent will work in a cross-functional project team alongside ITand Accounting stakeholders and will report to the Head of Procurement /Purchasing Director.

This V.I.E assignment is for a duration of 12 months.
