Working Student - Hardware Procurement (m/f/d)

Hardware procurement is where that starts.We're looking for a working student who wants to understand how technology actually gets into the hands of people, and make that process faster, smarter, and more reliable.You won't just "assist." You'll take ownership early and improve how things are done.
Your Tasks

To support our team in hardware procurement, we are looking for a motivated working student.
Your tasks will include:

• Run procurement processes for hardware and software-from request to delivery
• Act as a point of contact between vendors and internal teams
• Triage and dispatch incoming requests via our ticketing system
• Advise users on hardware choices based on real needs, not guesswork
• Maintain and evolve our hardware standard catalogue
• Identify friction in procurement workflows, and remove it

Your Qualifications

• Currently studying (Business) Informatics or a related field
• A structured, reliable way of working, you don't lose track of details
• First exposure to IT environments (internships, projects, or personal work)
• Curiosity about how hardware, suppliers, and internal processes connect
• Comfort working with different stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Clear, confident communication, especially when things need alignment
