Procurement Project Lead
Frencken Group
Frencken is a high-tech development and assembly partner based in the heart of Brainport Eindhoven. We design, build, and integrate complex mechatronic systems for global OEMs in the semiconductor, healthcare, and analytical industries - combining high-precision mechanics, advanced motion control, and tailored machine assemblies into equipment that powers some of the world's most demanding technologies.
As Program/Project Procurement Lead (PPL), you own the sourcing deliverables for our customer products and projects across the full life cycle - from early concept through NPI to serial production. You translate business and customer needs into clear procurement strategies, then orchestrate category and operational buyers to deliver on cost, quality, and timing.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: comfortable in a project team, sharp on numbers, and decisive when the supply chain throws curveballs.
What You'll Do:
What You Bring
Nice-to-haves
Who You Are
You're collaborative but independent - persistent without being rigid. You can guide an operational buyer through a tough negotiation in the morning and align a cross-functional project team in the afternoon. You communicate clearly, delegate confidently, and plan with structure, keeping stakeholders aligned even when priorities compete.
What We Offer:
At Frencken, you'll find an informal, collaborative culture where every voice is heard and the work is genuinely interesting. You'll partner with international colleagues who share your enthusiasm for high-tech, on projects that shape the future of semiconductor, medical, and analytical equipment.
If you want to take ownership of procurement programs in an international high-tech environment and see the impact of your sourcing decisions in machines that ship around the world, we are happy to hear from you!
