Responsibilities
We are eeking a highly experienced and results-driven Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly in large-scale hospitality projects (hotels and mixed-use developments) at one of our mega projects in Almadinah, KSA
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 15-20 years in procurement and supply chain within construction projects (preference for hotel projects). career experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities
We are eeking a highly experienced and results-driven Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly in large-scale hospitality projects (hotels and mixed-use developments) at one of our mega projects in Almadinah, KSA
- Supervising the Project's procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with project requirements while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Demonstrating knowledge of high-end procurement materials associated with well-known hotel operators.
- Evaluating bids and making award recommendations to the Client.
- Ensuring bid compliance with local laws and regulations, including Local Content requirements.
- Supporting the Client in price negotiations during the award process.
- Preparing procurement plans for high-value projects.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Managing supplier relationships, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance management through KPIs and scorecards.
- Facilitating contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and mitigate risks.
- Developing and managing departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimization.
- Ensuring and tracking the timely availability of materials and services in line with project requirements (cost, quality, and schedule).
- Establishing and maintaining supplier databases and preferred vendor lists.
- Monitoring market trends, inflation, cost fluctuations, and supply risks to enable proactive procurement planning.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Collaborating with internal departments-including engineering, commercial, construction, and quality-to align procurement activities.
- Preparing and presenting procurement reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to the Client.
- Leading and developing procurement teams through training, performance management, and mentoring.
Qualifications

- Professional certifications such as CPP, CPPM, CISCP, CISCM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in contract management, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Proven experience in developing procurement strategies and managing large-scale operations.
- Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools, and Aconex is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
