Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement strategy and sourcing
* Lead supplier evaluation and negotiation
* Oversee expediting and delivery tracking
* Coordinate with engineering and construction teams

Requirements:
* 10+ years' EPC procurement experience
* Strong offshore vendor management background
