- Requires expertise within specialism underpinned by theory in system use across procurement.
- Knowledge of a range of IM&T areas acquired through qualification to degree or equivalent level or relevant experience.
Desirable criteria
- Additional specialist knowledge in data management obtained via further training or equivalent experience.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in managing large and varied data sets.
- Experience of identifying monetary savings and innovative ways of working using data.
- Knowledge and experience of performance measurement.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.
