- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and analyze supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in procurement.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting for procurement activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on facility management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement functions, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools.
- Analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving measures.
