We are looking for a Business Procurement Manager for our plant in Lippstadt in Germany.

As Business Procurement Manager, you take full ownership of procurement activities at the Lippstadt site. You are the first point of contact for the local management team on all procurement-related topics and ensure that procurement effectively supports site performance and business priorities.In addition to your responsibilities for Lippstadt, you work closely with the Business Procurement Manager in Meppel and provide support to the Meppel production site. Meppel and Lippstadt are the two European manufacturing sites for our Encapsulation activities, making close cooperation, alignment and knowledge sharing essential.You act with a strong business-owner mindset: focused on what really matters, acting with speed and decisiveness, and balancing local business needs with global Procurement priorities. By building strong and sustainable supplier partnerships, you maximize value for FrieslandCampina and contribute directly to business results.You will join the Business Procurement Team within FrieslandCampina Professional - an ambitious, collaborative and result-driven team working for one of the fastest-growing businesses within FrieslandCampina. What we ask:

• Minimum bachelor degree (HBO)
• Minimum 3 years of Procurement experience preferably in the food sector within a Multinational company
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
• Project management capabilities to ensure flawless execution of our strategies and initiatives
• Fluent in German and good work experience in English
• Self-supporting and at the same time team-player in multiple teams

In this role, you will:

• Act as procurement business partner
  Translate business demand from the plant management team into effective sourcing and procurement solutions.
• Manage suppliers and performance
  Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with key and strategic suppliers, including regular performance reviews and continuous improvement.
• Drive projects and change
  Lead or contribute to local projects and change initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of the savings pipeline.
• Safeguard quality and continuity
  Identify risks and develop contingency plans in close alignment with Supply Chain.
• Execute strategic sourcing
  Execute sourcing activities for local categories and ensure end-to-end contract implementation and compliance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
  Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels across the organization.
