Operations is made up of 7 functions, this role sits within: Procurement and Workplace Management

From identifying the scope of the goods and services required to deliver business outcomes, to negotiating pricing and managing the full lifecycle of contracts and suppliers. Procurement focuses on delivering Value For Money for the organisation. We leverage market intelligence and navigate the regulatory landscape to achieve commercial outcomes and reduce risk and complexity.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to join a growing team to provide analytical and administrative support across the indirect sourcing function. This is a varied role sitting at the heart of procurement operations, working closely with category managers and the wider business to keep sourcing activity running smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys making sense of data, and is keen to grow within a procurement environment. You don't need to have all the answers - but you'll be reliable, curious, and eager to develop your understanding of how sourcing creates value for the business.

This new position is due to the team taking on additional responsibility for Enterprise wide IT agreements executing a Global Procurement service to deliver consistent, stable and high-quality IT services and cost optimization for the entire organisation across the globe. This position offers a pathway into wider Procurement roles across Sourcing, Category Management or Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and analyse procurement spend data, producing regular reports and ad hoc insights to support category decision-making and Enterprise agreements
  • Manage internal recharge processes for Enterprise IT agreements, ensuring accurate cost allocation across business units and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate sourcing activities and ensure timely stakeholder engagement including supporting requirements gathering and documenting outcomes
  • Assist in the preparation of RFx documentation, supplier evaluations, and contract summaries
  • Maintain accurate contract and supplier data to support reporting, compliance, and renewal management including the Contract Management Database and owning the Enterprise IT renewal pipelines
  • Coordinate Global IT Procurement stakeholder events with Procurement and IT leaders
  • Support key supplier review milestones including QBR's
  • Develop and manage key internal communication for global stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers, including due diligence coordination and system set-up
  • Provide some general support to the sourcing team including meeting coordination, document management, and reporting
  • Opportunity to undertake IT sourcing activity

Skills and Experience Specification:
  • Previous experience in a business administration role
  • Strong Excel and data skills; confident working with spend reports and cost data
  • Organised and methodical, with high attention to detail
  • Good communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders across the business
  • CIPS study or interest in pursuing a procurement qualification
