  • Negotiate contracts (pricing, terms, renewals) and manage the full contract lifecycle, including compliance
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and vendors to resolve issues and optimize vendor performance
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant, data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and communications

What we need to see from you

  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, procurement processes, and supplier ecosystems, including contract terminology and software asset management principles
  • Structured and commercially minded approach, with the ability to navigate complex sourcing environments
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, CPCM) are an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sales teams, senior management, and global stakeholders
  • Analytical and customer-focused mindset, with a curiosity for problem-solving and value optimization, and the ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Highly organized, motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and in team settings, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What we offer:
  • A close-knit, international community where everyone can be themselves
  • The freedom and trust to shape your own path-and bring others along with you
  • Plenty of room for personal development through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
  • Hybrid working: partly from our Amsterdam office, partly from home
