At Eni, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Eni Plenitude France.
We are looking for a proactive and strategically minded buyer with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes. They can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage complex sourcing initiatives, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a structured approach to supplier management, and the ability to operate in technologically advanced procurement environments.

Main responsibilities:
Sourcing & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define needs and develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate operational needs into structured procurement initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with HQ.
Market Analysis & Supplier Management
- Support supplier qualification and identify strategic categories with Vendor Management.
- Analyse the market to identify suitable suppliers.
- Define tender and negotiation strategies based on market insights.
Supplier Evaluation & Compliance
- Assess suppliers' suitability (capability, reliability, sustainability).
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
Tendering & Contract Award
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes (supplier engagement, evaluation, negotiation, award) with internal functions (e.g. Legal, Risk).
- Ensure transparency and compliance throughout.
- Use digital procurement platforms (e.g. Jaggaer) to manage tenders and improve efficiency.
Contract Handover & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure smooth handover to contract management teams.
- Analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance procurement effectiveness.
Skills and experience required:
- Master's degree in Procurement (or similar).
- Solid experience in indirect procurement.
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Good knowledge of service contracts, SLAs, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with procurement tools and Excel.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, team player, and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with structured processes and HQ guidelines.
