We're looking for a Procurement Support professional to join our growing team, someone organised, proactive, and detail-focused, who's ready to play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of our procurement function, providing essential support across a wide range of activities and categories, including food, medical supplies, IT, staffing, and more.

Key duties

  • Supporting day-to-day procurement operations, including supplier setup and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records, contracts, and procurement data
  • Coordinating quotes, tenders, and supplier communications
  • Monitoring supplier performance, contract compliance, and spend
  • Managing contract registers and flagging renewal dates
  • Resolving supplier and invoice queries in partnership with Finance
  • Producing reports to track spend, compliance, and savings opportunities
  • Supporting sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives
  • Acting as a key point of contact for procurement queries across the business

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data and documentation
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

It's a bonus if you have:
  • Experience with purchase orders or procurement systems
  • Knowledge of contracts, supplier management, or compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in identifying cost efficiencies
