Description

Do you want to specialise in procurement disputes with a purpose-led firm?

You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement challenges and claims
  • Advise on PCR 2015 and Procurement Act
  • Manage and progress a varied caseload
  • Provide training and support to clients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Qualified procurement disputes solicitor
  • Good CPR and litigation knowledge
  • Public or regulated sector experience
  • Clear communicator and collaborative
