Job responsibilities:
  • Implement procurement strategy and planning aligned with supply chain and company strategy.
  • Lead outsourcing activities and manage procurement-related risks.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Manage procurement operations with a focus on innovation and quality management.
  • Oversee performance measurement, procurement governance, and compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Achieve commercial results with emphasis on cost savings, cost reduction, and competitive procurement execution.
  • Develop personnel through training, coaching, and delegation.
  • Ensure staff receive updated job descriptions, clear responsibilities, and continuous communication about company activities.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by handling complaints and conflicts professionally.
  • Make relevant decisions promptly and keep personnel informed on work progress and growth opportunities.
  • Provide constructive criticism and recognition in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Report work status and identify critical activities that may impact project or job execution.

Work experience requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and Logistics within Oil & Gas Service Operations.
  • Experience in implementing procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to streamline procurement processes and support efficient project execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with procurement governance, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong managerial, leadership, coaching, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English (minimum TOEIC 850), both written and spoken.
  • Strong cooperation skills and the ability to drive improvements within procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP MM Module.

Other skills:
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage personnel according to company management principles.
  • Ability to manage resources, capacity, and competencies to meet company and project requirements.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes for products and services based on criticality rating.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
  • Skilled in conflict handling, decision-making, and constructive communication.
  • Ability to provide guidance, recognition, and feedback in a professional manner.
