Position
Neos S.p.A. an Italian airline with over 20 years of experience in providing high-quality connections in Italy and worldwide, is looking for a candidate belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99, Art. 1 or Art. 18) to join its General Procurement Department.
The selected candidate will provide operational support to Buyers across different product categories in daily procurement activities, ensuring proper administrative management, operational continuity, document accuracy, and support for company purchasing processes.

The selected candidate will provide operational support to Buyers across different product categories in daily procurement activities, ensuring proper administrative management, operational continuity, document accuracy, and support for company purchasing processes.
Main responsibilities:
Procurement operational support
- Support Buyers in managing purchase requests and issuing purchase orders.
- Handle administrative and operational activities related to the procurement cycle.
- Monitor order and supply status, liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
- Support coordination of deliveries, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Assist in collecting supplier quotations and documentation.
Administrative and document management
- Verify the accuracy of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support approval processes and ensure the correct progression of the procure-to-pay cycle.
- Update supplier master data, databases, and document archives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of contractual and administrative documentation.
Support to control and reporting activities
- Assist in preparing operational reports, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Support the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and activity status.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial control activities for assigned categories.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Internal coordination and business support
- Provide operational support to internal departments for procurement-related needs.
- Collaborate with Departments such as Facilities, HSE, Operations, and technical teams.
- Participate, when required, in operational meetings and coordination activities.
Requirements
- This position is open to candidates belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99, Art. 1 or Art. 18).
- Diploma or degree in Economics, Management, or technical fields.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Intermediate level of English (minimum B1-B2).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and aptitude for administrative/economic tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload while coordinating with team members.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with a constructive approach.

- For this position, the expected salary range is 22.000,00 € - 29.000,00 € per year. Contract type and compensation will be defined during the interview process, based on skills and proven experience.
