Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing and maintaining the existing supplier portfolio;
• Identifying and onboarding new suppliers, conducting meetings, negotiating commercial terms, and evaluating proposals;
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers and ensuring timely order fulfilment;
• Managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations;
• Maintaining and updating billing records within the billing system;
• Preparing and analysing performance and procurement reports;
• Collaborating regularly with cross-functional teams and external suppliers;
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and tools;
• Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management within the scope of the role.
Qualification & Experience
• Proven experience in procurement within the telecommunications industry;
• Strong understanding of the Baltic and Nordic telecom markets, including key industry players;
• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, with solid negotiation experience;
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, multitasking, and adaptability skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn new software and systems;
• Ability to handle sensitive company information with a high level of confidentiality;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Proactive mindset with a strong motivation for professional growth and development.
