Job summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estates and Property team, including managing SharePoint databases and records.Maintain accurate property, asset, lease, survey, and compliance documentation.Support property searches, contract mobilisations, and the delivery of new premises.Act as a point of contact for estates-related queries from staff, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.Process purchase quotes, purchase orders, and orders with suppliers in line with company policy.Oversee delivery schedules, chase overdue orders, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Manage inventory, pick/pack orders when required, and process virtual credit card requests.Provide first-line support for the Purchasing & Estates service desk and monitor relevant inboxes.Identify cost savings, consolidate purchases, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Main duties of the job
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and financial awareness.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and overall PC literacy.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.Proactive, solution-focused team player with a positive, dynamic approach.Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and high standards of customer service.Appetite to learn new systems (e.g. Business Central 365) and take on varied challenges.
